Staud.clothing Return Policy?
Staud.clothing has a detailed return policy. All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned to them in original condition with tags still attached.
As for the shipping policy, Staud.clothing ships orders via FedEx Ground Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, and Overnight Delivery. Please note that they cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses. Ground orders may take up to 3 business days to process, all Expedited orders may take 1-2 business days to process. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. They do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. They encourage customers to choose Route tracking and insurance at checkout to protect their order from damage, loss and theft. In the event your order experiences delivery issues you can file a claim through Route and have the option of a replacement or reimbursement. Claims will be processed through Route and must be filed within 7 days from delivery date. They are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email them at customercare@staud.clothing as soon as possible. They can change the address as long as the package has not left their facility. Unfortunately, they cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. They do not currently offer Saturday shipping. At the present time, Staud.clothing is not able to offer shipping to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS.
